The stimulet is ideal for stimulating blood circulation in cold hands and feet. The stimulet is 205mm long and can be flexed and bent as required. It can be rolled between the palms of your hands or underneath your feet. For optimal benefit, soak in hot water prior to use. Can be cleaned in a dishwasher if required
